Welcome to St. Thomas School's Special Programs and Summer Camps Online Registration!

 

This is where you will find our line-up of afterschool classes and clubs, as well as summer programs. There is a wide range of experiences to choose from! Please contact Mollie Cogswell with any questions you might have.

 

If you are a current St. Thomas School parent, please enter your school issued username and password to move onto the main registration page. DO NOT CREATE A NEW USERNAME/PASSWORD.

 

Please note the following important information for AFTERSCHOOL programs:

  • Registration for Fall After School programs will open on Friday, August 17, 2018.
  • Full payment is due at the time of registration. We accept all major credit cards and eCheck payments.
  • Transfers: Contact Director of Special Programs & Student Life, Blair Griffin, for a transfer; there is a $10 fee per transfer between programs.
  • Cancellations: Contact Director of Special Programs & Student Life, Blair Griffin, to cancel a program.
    • Requests for withdrawal from a program must be received one week prior to program start date.
    • A 10% processing fee (of the full payment) will be retained per program.
    • No refunds will be given within one week of the program start date.
  • Enrollment closes at 3:20 p.m. the day prior to the published start date or when the program is full.
  • Cancellations due to school closure and student illness are not rescheduled and fees are not refunded.
  • Minimum Enrollment: Program sessions may be cancelled due to lack of enrollment. If minimum enrollment is not met by one week prior to program start date the program will be cancelled. A full refund will be given if a program is cancelled due to lack of enrollment.
  • Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Please note the following important information for SUMMER programs:

 

  • Registration for Summer Camps opens on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 8:30 a.m.
  • Full payment is due at the time of registration. We accept all major credit cards and eCheck payments.
  • Transfers: Contact St. Thomas School for a transfer, there will be a $15 fee per transfer between camp sessions.
  • Cancellations: Requests for withdrawal from a program must be received two weeks prior to program start date, a 10% processing fee (of the full payment) will be retained per program, no refunds will be given within two weeks of the program start date.
  • Cancellations due to school closure, and student illness are not rescheduled and fees are not refunded.
  • Minimum Enrollment: Program sessions may be cancelled due to lack of enrollment. If minimum enrollment is not met by Monday, June 4, the program will be cancelled. A full refund will be given if a program is cancelled due to lack of enrollment.
  • All registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
